We are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that has been established to provide professionally managed services by which individuals, families, and businesses can contribute through lifetime and estate gifts for the betterment of their Rusk County communities.
Donors have the flexibility to direct their gifts toward special projects or areas of interest. They may also direct their gifts to where community needs are greatest, as identified from time to time by the Board of Directors. We are here to support the charitable, religious, and other nonprofit organizations in the county. Our mission is to be complementary to, not competitive with, their efforts.
We Celebrated 15 Years of Enriching Our Community With Our 2022 Report to the Community
For the last 15 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside our Board of Directors to ensure the excellent stewardship of lasting, charitable funds. You are the reason we exist. Our goal is to craft solutions that represent your charitable intentions and passions. Our donors have great hearts, come from all over our community and beyond, and share a common desire: to make a difference and enrich the community through their gifts. It has been a joy to be involved throughout the Foundation’s formative years. Because of your generosity, nearly $600,000 in grants have been awarded. The future is bright here in Rusk County thanks to you! Gratefully, Bev Dukershein, outgoing ChairRecent News
